ABOUT THE GALLERY
Founded in 1986, Base Gallery holds four to six exhibitions of contemporary art annually.
Dealing in modern and contemporary paintings, sculptures and photographs, Base Gallery represents prominent established artists,
as well as a number of mid-career and emerging Japanese and international artists.
Geographically, we specialize in Southeast and East Asian art as well as some Western art.
Base Gallery prides itself on forward thinking projects that merge art and other areas of culture such as music, literature and food.
